I just would like to extend my condolences to the family and friends. I was out of town and still currently out of town when I heard of the sad news. Therefore, I apologize for not being able to be at the wake. Tessa was my coworker, we worked in deferent departments. But our hearts were similar. She was a caring, loving, passionate, determined person and no matter what it was she believe that nothing could stop her from reaching the highest heights. It didn't matter what is was work, school, family life, sports, political views. She felt she could and would make a difference and I believe she has. She has in my life, by our personal and professional conversations throughout the years working on the job. She made a tremendous impact in my life and allowed me to grow and learn from her walk. I thank her for that and I'll continue to keep lacing up my sneakers and running this race called life just as she did here on earth. God Bless, the Family and Friends and you all will continually be in my prayers.

May God wrap His loving arms around your family. Tessa and her smile will truly be missed. She is the first person who inspired me to run a marathon. She made it look so easy as she ran by me at mile 23 in Virginia. I'm so glad I got to see her and laugh with her as we waited for the Philly half marathon to begin. God bless your family!

No words nor actions can express my condolences, but, I am honored that God allowed me to know Tessa U Bessa; well that is what I called her. To me, she is THEE BEST; in ALL she did, in her hand in helping me become a better mother and a financial guru. To say, I will miss her is an understatement.
