I'm so sorry to hear that Irma passed, was just thinking about her the other day. She was one of the most interesting women I've ever met. She made me think about so many things and I miss listening to her stories. I still hear her voice in my head correcting me when I misuse words:) She was a special lady and will be greatly missed.

My condolences to Irma's family and friends. I knew Irma when I worked at CDC. After she retired she still came back every year to fit gowns for our graduates (not always an easy task!). Each time I saw her at CDC she would smile, shake her cane at me and say Hi! Great sense of humor too. She was a compassionate, caring woman who I'll always remember. Rest in Peace

My condolences and sincere sympathy are extended to the the family of Mrs. Irma. I had the pleasure of working with and for her as we were both members of the Southeastern Chester County Negro Business and Professional Women's Club. What an honor it was to serve with her in this capacity. She was a wonderful example to the younger women of the club.
