I am oh so sorry for the untimely demise of Aunt Aileen. I was blessed to be able to talk with her for a brief moment between the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. I do count it a blessing although the conversation was short. I kept saying that I would call her again over into the new year but that time did not come. That makes me sad because the final link in the Griffin Family chain is gone. First Aunt Bessie, next Uncle Robert, then my sweet mother Mary. It is sincerely my prayer that we all will be reunited as a family in the presence of our Everlasting Father. Much love to you. I hope we can take time out to know one another again.

As the volunteer nurse at the Oxford Senior Center, I had the privilege of taking Aleen's blood pressure most Wednesday's when she was there. She was always so thankful and kind. I will miss her so very much and want to express my sincere condolences to her family and friends.

We are sorry to hear of the untimely death of your mother. She was always a very special lady when she came to Lincoln University Menno. church. We planned to come to the visitation this morning but have not been able to find out if the service was still being held.
Please accept our sympathy to you in this time of grieving and especially because of the circumstances around it.
We remember all of you from when you were children and also came to L.U.church
and would have been glad to see you again.
With our love, Ray and Meredyth Witmer
