Wilbur Edmund Jackson, Sr., "Eddie", of Media, PA, departed this life Friday morning on April 24, 2020, at Riddle Memorial Hospital in Media. He was 65 years old.
Eddie came into this world on November 30, 1954. He was the son of Constance Turner Jackson and the late David "Buddy" Luff Jackson, Sr.
Born in West Chester, PA, the family moved to Philadelphia, PA, near 8th and Diamond Streets, which he talked about all the time. Eddie absolutely loved music and was the proud owner of several guitars. He was in a band called “Special Brewed”. He and his late brother, Rob, would often have singing sessions.
His grandchildren were the light of his life. He absolutely adored them and enjoyed spending time and talking with and about them.
In addition to his father, David, he was predeceased by a son, Wilbur Edmund Jackson, Jr.,; three brothers, David Luff “Jackie” Jackson, Jr., Robert Edward “Robbie” Jackson and Donald Lloyd “Donnie” Jackson.
