Terras Ann Frazier

Terras Ann Frazier, 55, of Coatesville, PA, passed away Thursday, September 30, at the Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA.

Born in West Chester, she was one of seven children born to Roosevelt Harvey and the late Betty Mae (London) Harvey. Terras was the wife of Anthony Frazier, Jr., whom she married in 2013.

Terras was a 1984 graduate of Henderson Senior High School in West Chester.

She worked as a Radiologist Tech for Chester County Hospital, and later as an Emergency Room Register at Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville.

Terras was known as a neat freak who simply loved cleaning. Like most of us, she loved her share of food, especially macaroni n cheese and vanilla ice cream. She is remembered by her family as loving, caring, and nurturing.

In addition to her husband, Anthony, Terras is survived by her children: Jamia Harvey of West Chester, Anye and Annaya Frazier of Philadelphia, PA, Zinzi Santiago and Rahmeer Frazier, both of Coatesville. She is also survived by grandchildren: Imani Olivarez, Christian Oliveras and Aliyah Washington; siblings: Bridgette Milbourne (husband Steve), Rudy Harvey, Jr. (wife Carol), Limas Gray, Marci Harvey, Erica Harvey, and Marcus Harvey all of Coatesville; in-laws, Artesia Jacobs and Aaron Frazier, as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Though Terras is gone, we will cherish her memories.
