Rosemary Brown

Missionary Rosemary Brown, 65, of Coatesville, PA passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Reading Hospital in Berks County, PA.

Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Clarence D. "Ducky" Brown and Lillian (Melvin) Brown.

Rosemary was educated in the Coatesville Area School District. She graduated from CASH in 1972.

Over the years, she worked as a housekeeper at the Coatesville VA Hospital and as a counselor at Vision Quest.

She was a church missionary at Breakout Restoration Ministries for many years.

Rosemary enjoyed shopping and listening to gospel music.  She loved her family, especially her grandkids. She enjoyed the time spent with her brother Quintin; as she took him to the store. She enjoyed good meals shared during family gatherings. Most of all she loved the Lord. She did not hesitate to let others know that "God is good!"

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Clarence R. "Rammy" Brown.

She is survived by two sons, Marquis R. Brown, Nathaniel P. Brown, Sr. both of Coatesville; three brothers: Timothy Brown of Philadelphia, Dennis Brown and his wife Lesly, and Quintin Brown all of Coatesville. She also leaves one aunt, Rosella High of Coatesville; 6 grandchildren: Nalae’ja Brown, Isaiah Hogue, Nazyre Brown, Karleigh Warjas, Amelia Warjas, Nathaniel P Brown, Jr.; a special friend Percival Lacey; special niece Monique Brown and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held 5:30 PM on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Wright Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 725 Merchant Street, Coatesville, PA. Friends are invited to the visitation at 5 pm.

Interment will be held privately.
