Rodney P. Graham Muhammad

Rodney Prentist Muhammad, 72, of Coatesville, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021, at the Coatesville VA Medical Center after a lengthy illness.

Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late Robert Lee Graham and Margaret E. Franklin Graham. Rodney was the husband of Alberta M. Graham with whom he shared 40 years of marriage.

Rodney served two years in the United States Army until he was honorably discharged.

He worked for 33 years at Lukens Steel. Loved to cook, sing, listen to music. He was a people person.  He was a member of the Nation of Islam of Philadelphia.

He is survived by brothers, William Graham, (Elsie); Wayne Graham (Teresa); grandchildren, Johnnette Hawkins, Zamar Miller, and Marquis Miller all of Coatesville, Natasha Miller of West Chester: great-grandchildren: Marquise, Ahleem, Xavier, Briana, Sahmere and Nasiir; great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was predeceased by one daughter Helen Miller Maxwell, brothers, Glen Graham; sisters, Sabrina, Robin, Maxine, and Shirley Mae.

A Walk-Thru viewing will be held from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM on Friday, January 29, 2021, at Wright Funeral & Cremation Services, 725 Merchant Street, Coatesville, PA.  Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic, a funeral will be held PRIVATELY with seating for the immediate family only.

Interment with military honors will be in the Philadelphia Memorial Park in Frazer, PA.
