Neil Dennis Mackenzie, 57 of Gap, PA, passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 23, 2021.

He was the son of Josephine and Dennis Mackenzie, and the father of daughter, Heather Barth (husband Edwin) and son, Joseph Mackenzie; grandchildren, Hayden Hunter and Mason Barth.
