Harry C. Thomas, Jr.

On Monday, April 24, 2023, Harry Clement Thomas, Jr. of Caln township in Coatesville, PA, passed away at home surrounded by his family. He was 66 years old. 

Born in West Chester, PA, in 1956, he was the son of the late Madeline (Robinson) Thomas and Harry C. Thomas, Sr. He was the beloved husband of Joan Olseski-Thomas.

Harry was a graduate of Twin Valley Senior High School.  He was a caring husband and took very good care of his wife Joan.  He also was a good neighbor and would often be seen mowing his neighbor's grass and making repairs on their houses when needed. 

He enjoyed going to and watching NasCar races as well as going to Maple Grove drag racing. He and Joan would often go to Marsh Creek to eat ice cream and watch the stars as nighttime set in.

In addition to his wife, Joan, he is survived by three daughters, Theresa Sheehan (Alex) of Parkesburg, Barbara Haines and Rose Richardson both of Coatesville; son, Mitchel Richardson of NJ; granddaughters, Alexis Felker, Lily Sheehan, and Torrie Shaker; sister, Jean Marie Daly of Honeybrook; and brother, Ron Thomas of Tilghman Island, MD

He was predeceased by his brother, Norman Thomas.

Harry certainly leaves precious and fond memories to all who knew him.
