Anna Elizabeth Marie Archie

Anna Elizabeth Marie Archie, 56 of Coatesville, PA, passed away Thursday, February 13, 2020 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.

Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of James Forney and Fannie Archie.

She was a 1982 graduate of Downingtown Senior High School in Downingtown, PA.

Anna enjoyed life and doing things her way. She had a host of life-long friends. She loved spending time with family and friends. Anna loved to laugh and she liked writing poems. 

She was a member of New Hope Glad Tidings Church of God, Inc., Carvers Court, Coatesville. Anna’s Favorite scripture was Psalms 23.

She is survived by sons, Michael Lyons Jr., of Coatesville, Andre Archie of Pittsburgh, PA,  Jeffrey London, of Philadelphia PA; daughter, Jo’Quiya Clark, of Coatesville; sister, Dottie Danesi of Pottstown, PA; brothers Joe Archie (Anecca) of Auburn, GA, Bill Archie of Gallup, NM, George Archie (Stacea) of Shillington, PA, Earl Craig (Suprina) and William Craig both of Indianapolis, IN, Curtis McCain (Mary Kay) of Wyoming, DE; five grandchildren: Le’gyend Clark of Coatesville, Naji and Elijah Hamilton of Atglen, PA, Diavion Lyons-Turner and Laila Lyons-Dillard of Coatesville, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives as well as very dear friends are left to cherish her memories.

Anna was recently preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth "Pudd'n" Smith.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service in remembrance of Anna will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 819 Coates Street, Coatesville, PA 19320.
