Anjanette Kellum Obituary

Anjanette M. “Angel” Kellum, 55, of Lykens, Pennsylvania, passed away suddenly at her home on Saturday, June 29, 2019.

Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Beatrice “Sister” Simmons-Kellum and the late Richard L. Kellum, Sr.

Angel was educated in both the Avon Grove School District during her formative years and matriculated into the Coatesville Area School District for her secondary education.

Angel joined Job Corps to complete her formal education. Angel enjoyed a diverse occupational journey working in retail, home healthcare services and provided impactful lifestyle coaching and support for At-Risk clientele.

One of Angel’s greatest joys in life was spending quality time with her family and friends.

She also enjoyed dancing, eating out, relaxing while watching TV, and visiting casinos every now and again to try her luck.

Angel was a beautiful person inside and out with an enormous heart and a no-nonsense, yet giving, spirit. She enjoyed life to the fullest and was generous with her time and love for those in need. She was loved and respected by many and was truly the matriarch for her siblings.

Angel leaves to mourn, three (3) sons: Jeremy Earl Procise of Columbia, PA; Angelo Seville and Jamar Errol Kellum both of Harrisburg, PA; five (5) sisters: Charlene “Charlie” Kellum-Jackson of Downingtown, PA, Lillian Kellum-Thomas (Charles) of Coatesville, PA, Tina Kellum-Watson (Leon) of Bethlehem, PA, Dana Wilson of Pittsburgh, PA and Elizabeth Westbrooks of Cleveland, OH; two (2) brothers, Richard L. Kellum, Jr. of Lancaster, PA and Clayton Kellum, King of Prussia, PA; six (6) grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Chester and Lillian Simmons and her paternal grandparents Willard “Bootie” and Madeline “Mackey” Kellum; a sister, Rishelle ‘Shelley’ Kellum, and a brother, Baby Richard Kellum.

Angel was greatly loved and will be sadly missed by all!
