William Jamar Joseph, 30, of Downingtown, passed away Friday, June 17, 2011 at Thomas Jefferson Hospital.

He was the son of Dr. Patricia Thomas Joseph and the late William H. "Doc" Joseph.

Born in Coatesville he attended the Coatesville area public schools, graduating from CASH in 1999 then attended Hampton University.

He had been employed at the CCIU in Coatesville as a one on one support assistance. He also worked at A. Duie Pyle in West Chester.

He was a gifted artist, who enjoyed drawing, music and poetry.

In addition to his mother he is survived by, his sisters Carla Jennings, Teisha Allen both of Coatesville, Sonia Brake of Parkesburg, Courtney Joseph of Downingtown; God Mother Cynthia Turner; God Father David Joseph; special friends Alexus Hales and Rashan Turner and host of cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 27, at New Life in Christ Fellowship, 1 South Fifth Avenue, Coatesville with a viewing beginning at 9 a.m.
Interment will be in Church of Christ Cemetery in Ercildoun.
