William B. Cuff, Jr., 85, of Coatesville, PA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the PhoenixCare Center in Phoenixville.
Born in Coatesville, PA, he was the only child of the late William Butler Cuff, Sr. and Anna Mae (Hampton) Cuff. He was known as "Bill Jr." by his family and friends. He was a man of great faith, strength, intelligence, and kindness,
A graduate of S. Horace Scott Senior High School in 1958, Bill pursued further education at Lincoln University. He had a love for music, particularly gospel and jazz, and he enjoyed dancing.
Bill served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War until he was honorably discharged in 1966.
After returning to civilian life, Bill married the love of his life, Charlotte H. Styer Cuff, with whom he shared 59 years of marriage. From this union came one son, Blaire Cuff. Together the family grew with a bond of love and cherished memories.
While raising a family, Bill worked as a draftsman at National Foam, later named Kidde Fire Safety Products, for 50 years. He also worked at Giant Food Store in the produce department.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Passtown for many years. He enjoyed Philadelphia sports such as Eagles football, Phillies baseball, and 76ers basketball.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Cuff; son, Blaire R. Cuff (wife, Melisa) of Allentown; grandson, Gabriel S. Cuff (wife, Opal); pet cat "Chop-Chop" and many cousins and friends.
Bill's life was a testament to his faith, kindness, and unwavering dedication to his family and community. He will be remembered for his warm smile, kindness, and gentle spirit.
