Victor Colón, age 82, went home to be with the Lord on May 15, 2024. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Victor Manuel Colón, and Marcelina Hernandez.

Victor made a significant impact on everyone he met throughout his life. He was a beloved son, brother, cousin, husband, friend, father, uncle, grandfather, and great-grandfather, whose love and wisdom will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Victor dedicated many years of his life to his profession as an accountant, where he was known for his meticulous attention to detail and dedication to helping others. Beyond his professional life, Victor had a deep passion for reading and was always eager to lend a helping hand. His gentle and peacemaking nature endeared him to all who knew him, making him a cherished member of the community.

In his free time, Victor enjoyed singing, watching Western and Christian movies, and was a proud member of the Salvation Army in Coatesville. His love for life and faith in the Lord were evident in everything he did. Victor's legacy of kindness, compassion, and joy will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate enough to know him. He will be remembered with great affection and respect by all whose lives he touched.

Victor is survived by 8 children: Victor Manuel Colón (Myrna) of Orlando, FL, Javier Colón of Levittown, Puerto Rico, Maribel Matos (Peter) of Coatesville, PA, Milton Jose Colón (Veronica) of Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico, Niurka Juliana Colón of Coatesville, PA, Carol Colón of Coatesville, PA, Antonio Colón (Nicole) of Parkesburg, PA, Michael Colón of Coatesville, PA; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a sister, Maria De Lourdes Colón of San Juan, Puerto Rico, one niece, one nephew, cousins and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, on Friday, May 24, 2024, at St. Matthew Assembly of God, 1206 Pottstown Pike, West Chester, PA, 19380, with a viewing beginning at 9:00 AM until the start of the service. Burial will be in The Oaklands Cemetery, 1042 Pottstown Pike, West Chester, PA.
