Todd Anthony Smith passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 3, 2022 in Riverside, California at age 54.

Todd was the handsome son of the late Alford Boyd of West Chester, PA and Margaret C. Smith of Las Vegas, NV; he was born August 20, 1968, in Coatesville, PA. He grew up in Coatesville, PA and his mother moved him and his siblings to California in 1980.

He graduated from Arlington High School in Riverside, CA and moved to Seattle, WA where he met his love, Joanne, who he remained very close friends with until his passing. He was married once to Franchesca approximately 10 years. Todd loved the Lord and always carried his Holy Bible; he was very brave and never afraid of anything.

Throughout his life he always had a huge smile that brightened everyone's day. Todd was an artist who loved drawing animated characters and superheroes; he also loved playing pool as a young child and became an undefeated pool shark at a very young age and all through his adulthood. He was a die-hard Green Baby Packers fan, he loved children, fishing, riding bikes/electric scooters, working with his hands, cooking, a great debate, and a great car amp and speakers. Family called Todd the "Gadget Man" because he had a gadget for anything you needed, he was very intelligent and everyone called him a "Walking Encyclopedia" there wasn't a subject he didn't know about.

Todd cooked professionally and created menu items named after him. He worked as a cook at Denny's in California and Seattle, WA for many years. He also worked as a mechanic and could fix any vehicle and heavy equipment truck.  He was last employed at AMA Plastics in Corona, CA where he was a Forman for 10 years. He retired four years ago and became ill but continued to enjoy life.

Todd leaves behind his step-father, Edward Clark, Sr. of Coatesville, PA, maternal aunt, Anna Powers of Coatesville, PA; maternal siblings: Darnell Griffin (Heather Griffin) of Coatesville, PA , Elisha Smith Underwood (Ronald Underwood) of Moreno Valley, CA, Edward Clark, Jr., Bridgette Clark, and Angela Clark all of Coatesville, PA; paternal siblings: Tony Moore, Teena Johnson, and Betty Robinson, all of Philadelphia, PA and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and close friends.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 31, 2022, at Wright Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc, 725 Merchant St, Coatesville, PA, 19320. A viewing will be held from 8:00 AM until 9:45 AM.

Burial will be in New Evergreen Cemetery, Coatesville, PA.
