Tessie B. Rawls, 71, of Coatesville, PA, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at St. Martha Manor, Downingtown, PA.

Born in Lake City, SC., she was the daughter of the late Med W. Cameron and Stella (Weston) Cameron. She was the wife of James W. Rawls with whom she shared 20 years of marriage.

Tessie enjoyed walking, sitting on the porch, and playing games on the computer.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her sons, David Turner, Robert Turner, Maurice Turner, Wayman Deveaux, John Wicks, all of Coatesville; Raymond Rawls of Tacoma, WA, Claude Deveaux of Middlesburg, PA and James Deveaux of Chester; daughters, Yvonne Turner of Reading, Tina Dry of Greenville DE; I. Lynn Rawls, LaTisha Deveaux, Tasha Deveaux, all of Coatesville, PA;  She is also survived by a sister, Theresa Cameron, of Evanston, IL; brothers, Thurman Cameron, of Collegeville, PA; Thad Cameron and Vincent Cameron, of SC; 41 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services will be held 11 AM on Wednesday,  December 27, 2017, at Wright Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 725 Merchant Street, Coatesville, PA., with a viewing at 10 AM.

Interment will be held in New Evergreen Cemetery, Coatesville.
