Teresa Marie Winkey, 65, of Coatesville gained her wings on Thursday, June 2, 2022, after battling a long illness with her loving husband by her side.

Teresa was born in Coatesville, PA on December 20, 1956, to James D. and Mary A. Holos.

Teresa was the beloved wife of Charles M. Winkey with whom she shared 36 years of marriage.

Teresa was educated in the Coatesville Area Schools.

Teresa had many things she enjoyed in her lifetime.  Most important was spending time with her family. She loved family cookouts and get-togethers, and traveling, especially to the sunny state of Florida, of course, accompanied by her family. Most of all, she loved shopping. She was always ready to get out and hit the mall for a shopping spree. Teresa was a real go-getter. Teresa had a huge heart, filled with generosity, and love. No matter how busy or tired she was, she always made time for others.

Teresa leaves cherished and loving memories to her husband, Charles Winkey; daughters, Angela Holos, Elisha Harris; sons, Clarence (Jessica) and Marcus (Krystal); sister, Gloria J. Holos; sister-in-law, Joyce Winkey Hardy; 8 grandchildren: Shontia Myers, Derlisha Clinton, Demetria Fiorentino, Indya Winkey, Clarence Holos Jr., Marcus Winkey Jr. Jordan Winkey, and Abagail Holos; 5 great-grandchildren: Jair Myers, Zion Smith, Jakai Myers, Jeffrey Myers Jr., and Xela Rose Clinton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Teresa was preceded in death by her twin brother, Dennis James Holos.

Funeral services will be held at 4 PM on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Wright Funeral & Cremation Services, 725 Merchant Street, Coatesville, PA. A viewing will be held from 3:00 PM until the time of the service.
