Tehsin was born in Lahore Pakistan, the daughter of Ghulam and Surriya Mustafa. She was the wife of Pervaiz Khokhar.
The salat al janazah prayer and burial will be held Monday, May 25, 2020 at Philadelphia Memorial Park in Frazer, PA.
