On Thursday, May 6, 2021, Steven F. Refford, of Morgantown, PA, passed away at the Lancashire Hall in Lancaster, PA.  He was 62.

Steven was born in Coatesville, PA in October of 1958. He was the son of the late Anna M. (Dinsdale) Refford and Donald W. Refford.

He attended and graduated from Downingtown High School class of 1978.

Steven is survived by two brothers, Dr. Brian Refford (Ann) of Hershey, and Eric Refford (Michele) of Coatesville; two sisters, Gail Peck (Steve) and Michelle Raymond (William) both of Morgantown; two nieces, Becca and Leslie; five nephews: Matthew, Michael, Jonathan, Billy, Nicholas; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 22, 2021, at East Brandywine Baptist Church Cemetery, 999 Horseshoe Pike, Downingtown, PA, 19335.
