Loving husband, father, and gentle soul Stephen Robert Edgerly, 58, of Coatesville PA, passed away at home on Friday, May 4, after five years of not letting cancer define him.

Born in Bryn Mawr, PA, he was the son of Doris Martha (Nardone) and Philip Gordon Edgerly.

Steve is survived by his wife, advocate and ally in life, Maryam; son and best friend Stephen, Jr.; daughter and constant inspiration Annabella; canine compatriot Lulu; sisters, Diane Edgerly, Leslie Herrick and husband Michael, Cynthia Edgerly and husband Terry Lichty; brother, Philip Edgerly and his wife MaryLouise Wrabley, who along with nieces, nephews, numerous lifelong friends, and those he touched along the way, will be the beneficiaries of his indelible memory.

A Memorial service will be held Saturday, May 12, 2018, 10 AM at West Chester Friends Meeting, 425 N. High Street, West Chester, PA., 19380.
