IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Stanley Allen
Cropper, Iii
October 10, 1981 – April 27, 2024
Stanley Allen Cropper, III, affectionately known as "Stan" passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at his home in Berlin, PA. Stan was born in Coatesville, PA to his parents, Stanley Allen Cropper, Jr. and Patricia Stokes Gaffney. Stan's stepfather, Steve Gaffney, Sr. also helped in raising him. Stan was the husband of Amber Nichole Cropper. They recently celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary.
As a child, Stan was very active in running and racing with his friends. He was also a talented artist and could look at a picture and create it exactly as it was drawn. He was once featured in the local newspaper for his artistic talent. He drew a picture of Tupac, of whom he was a big fan, and hung it on his bedroom wall. In his youth, Stan enjoyed spending time with his grandfather, Ellsworth Stokes, Sr., his brother, Steve, Jr., and his sister/cousin Niya.
Stan graduated from Coatesville Area Senior High School Class of 2000 and CAT Brandywine Vo-Tech for carpentry and computer skills. He was employed in warehouse distribution at Curtze Food Service in Bedford, PA.
In his past time Stan found great joy in having dance-offs with his kids, performing karaoke with his family in the living room, going on family vacations to the beach and playing video games. Stan loved to cook and would say he was Chef "Homeboy" ardee. According to him, no one could fry chicken better than he could. His favorite meals to make were chicken alfredo and lasagna from scratch. Stan was also a hardcore anime fan, which is something he shared with his sons. His favorite character was Goku from Dragon Ball Z.
Stan embodied the essence of creativity and had a passion for the arts of drawing and music. He enjoyed creative drawing, and his artistic abilities were not just a hobby but rather a way of connecting with others and sharing stories. He found great joy in the simple act of putting pencil to paper.
In addition to drawing, Stan enjoyed listening to rap music. He used his musical intelligence to write rap songs. Stan had a deep passion for the art of rap. He even had a rap name, Absolute Karnage or "AK". With his raps he was able to fully express himself and inspire those around him. He always aspired to be at the top of the charts.
Beyond his artistic talents, Stan was a loving husband and father, whose greatest masterpiece was the life he built with his beloved family. Stan will be deeply missed but never forgotten. As we say goodbye, we take comfort in knowing that his legacy will live on, not only through his art but through his children and the lives of those he touched.
Stan will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife, Amber Cropper, and children, Destiney, Taliyah, Zaire, Quinland, Amir, Marquinn, Evan, Gianna, Syncere, Taylor, Baby Stan, and Zara.
