Sandra Roslyn Garcia

Sandra Roslyn "Sandy" Garcia, 79, of Gap, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 4, 2026, at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia following a brief illness.

Born in Manhattan, New York, Sandy was the beloved daughter of the late Frank and Rose Marie Garcia. She was the loving wife of Florencio Kuilan Garcia, with whom she shared 55 years of marriage.

Sandy dedicated 29 years of loyal service to the Chester County Domestic Relations office, where she made a lasting impact on her colleagues and community before her retirement.

She had a passionate eye for photography, capturing precious moments through her camera lens. Sandy could frequently be found listening to her favorite artists, holding a special fondness for the music of the Bee Gees. Sandy loved to spend hours playing games on the computer. Above all else, her greatest joy was being with her family.

She leaves cherished memories to her husband, Florencio Garcia of Gap; her two brothers, Cristofer Garcia of Coatesville, and Jerry Garcia of Long Island, NY; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at Wright Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 725 Merchant St, Coatesville, PA. Family and friends may visit with one another between 10:00 AM and 10:50 AM. The memorial service will start at 11:00 AM. Please note there will not be a viewing.
