Rosa Maria Garcia, passed away Monday, August 3, 2020, at Pocopson Home in West Chester, PA.  Rose was 98 years old when she left us.

Born in Loiza, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Antonio Ramirez and Manuela Santiago.  She was wife of the late Frank C. Garcia whom passed away in 1974.

Rose, as she was affectionately known by family and friends, enjoyed collecting recipes and loved cooking.  One of her favorite dishes was Tuna Fish Rice.

She loved to dance doing the "Salsa", and had a fearless personality.  Her children remember her as simply being a good mother.

Rose will leave precious memories to her; daughter, Sandra R. Garcia and her husband Florenzio, of Gap, PA; two sons, Gerald Garcia of Middletown, NY, and Christopher Garcia of Coatesville, PA, as well as 4 grandchildren.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her son, Robert Garcia.

There will be a private cremation, with a graveside service planned for a later date at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.  Her cremains will be interred alongside her late husband Frank.
