Ramona R. (Banes) Halsey's Obituary
Ms. Ramona R. Halsey, of Coatesville, PA, passed away at her residence in West Brandywine township, on Saturday, February 10, 2024. She was 88 years old.
Ramona was born in Smithfield, West Virginia, to the late Louis and Delphia (nee Banes) Liggett. She was the wife of the late Charles Thomas Halsey, Sr.
She is survived by two sons, Charles Thomas Halsey, Jr. of West Brandywine, and Kenneth Ray Halsey of Newburn, NC.
