Rafael L. Meeks, "Chico", of Allentown, PA, formerly of Coatesville, passed away suddenly on Monday, April 20, 2020.  He was 43 years old.

Born in Coatesville on September 3, 1976, he was the son of Rafael Gutierrez Matos, Jr. and the late Rev. Gloria D. Meeks also known as "Deany". He was the grandson of Helen Boyd Meeks and the late Deacon Doc L. Meeks, Sr.

In addition to his father, Rafael, and grandmother, Ms. Helen, Chico will leave precious and lasting memories to his son; Collin Kuminski; three brothers, Jonathan Michael Meeks, Carlos Gutierrez-Meeks, and Herman Leroy Carter, Jr., four aunts; Elder Carolyn L. Meeks, Pastor Melissa Ann (Meeks) Washington and her husband Pastor Richard G. Washington, Sr., Mable A. "Toni" Meeks, and Patsy M. Meeks, Peggy Boyd and husband Jospeh, two uncles; Charles S. Meeks, and Dock L. Meeks, Jr., along with many other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Services will be held privately.
