Quielle Z. Carter, "Tink", 24, of Parkesburg, passed away suddenly on December 26, 2016 at the Brandywine Hospital. She was the daughter of William J. Carter and Margaret Brown.
She enjoyed spending time with her children and their family.  She had a love for music, her favorite genre was Hip Hop and R & B. Quielle also loved to watch movies.  Over the years, she was actively involved with the Point in Parkesburg.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by three children, Zephania, Navaeh and Pablo Jr.; her companion, Pablo Almanza Sr.;her brothers, Quentin M. Brown (Marsha) and Lakyle Brown both of Coatesville; one sister Kianna Brown–Toney (Robert) of Parkesburg and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
Services will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Bell's Chapel True Holiness Church, 132 Modena Rd., Coatesville. A viewing will be held from 9 – 10:45.
Interment will be in Mellinger's Mennonite Cemetery, Lancaster.
