Obituary
On Thursday, November 18, 2021, Otis E. Williams, Jr., of Honey Brook, PA, passed away suddenly. He was 72 years old.
Born in Pitt County of Bethel, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Otis E. Williams, Sr., and Mamie (Stills) Williams. He was the husband of the late Gail A. (Smith) Williams who recently passed away in February of 2020.
Otis leaves memories to two sons and one daughter.
