O'Lena K. Fordham, 57, of Coatesville passed away Thursday September 10, 2015 at the Brandywine Hospital in Caln.  Born in West Chester, she was the daughter of Phyllis R. McFarlin.  Lena worked at Wyeth Labs and Warwick Day Care in Frazer.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by four brothers, Robert McFarlin of Florida, Terry Fordham of Huntingdon, Pa., Kenny Fordham (Sherry) of Philadelphia and Daniel McFarlin, Sr. of Malvern, nieces, nephews, cousin and a host of friends.
Memorial services have been planned for Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Bell Chapel, 132 Modena Rd., Coatesville, Pa. at 5 PM.
