Mohammad Suraqua Hashmi, of Collegeville, PA, passed away, early Friday, March 19, 2021, at Seasons Hospice of Phoenixville Tower Hospital in Phoenixville.  Mohammad was 38 years old.

Born in the District of Sheikhupura, Pakistan, he was the son of Qasim Munir Shah and Naila Qasim Hashmi.  He was the husband of Rahab Qureshi Hashmi, and the brother of Mohammad Anas Hashmi.

The Salat al Janazah prayer was held 3:00 PM on Friday, March 19, 2021, at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens in King of Prussia, PA, followed by an Islamic burial.
