Michael Jamar Givens, Sr. "App", 27, passed away suddenly on March 8, 2016 in Wilmington, Delaware. Born in York, Pennsylvania he was the son of Dana Lanleylee Johnson, Sr. and the late Mildred Althea Givens.
He loved basketball, football and music.
He is survived by two children, Michael Givens, Jr. and Mackenzie Givens; his parents Dana and Sharon Johnson of Coatesville, Pa.; one sister, Domouniq Wilson of Lancaster; three brothers, Marquese Givens of Coatesville, Stephen Jackson of Coatesville and Dana Johnson, Jr. of Lancaster; grandfather, Alan Thomas, Sr. of West Chester and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
Services will be held 10 a.m., Friday, March 18, 2016 at the First Baptist Church of Passtown, 117 Barber Avenue, Coatesville with a viewing beginning at 8 a.m.
Interment will be in the Lebanon Cemetery 1412 N George Street York, Pa.

From York City From Market St square take George St going North go app 5 traffic lights turn left at Dunkin Donuts onto W 9th Ave, go 1 block on 9th Ave cemetery will be to the right, parking available on 9th ave across from church.
