Mahdiyya Ansari, 76, passed away in her home Monday, October 17, 2022.

Mahdiyya was born March 5, 1946 in Atlanta Georgia to Louvenia and George Wise.

She enjoyed listening to oldies but goodies from Motown, as well as live entertainment. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her loved ones.

Mahdiyya was a well respected insurance supervisor with Aegon for more than 30 years.

She is survived by her husband, Jameel Ansari; four children, Aaliya Lewis, Aameena (Joseph, son-in-law) Seymour, Khalilur and Ameera Ansari; three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brother, George Wise.

Mahdiyya will especially be remembered for her beautiful spirit and generosity that served to strengthen everyone she met.

Services were held privately on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at Wright Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 725 Merchant St, Coatesville, PA.

Interment was in Fairview Cemetery, Coatesville, PA.
