Lymas L. Winfield, Jr., 69, of Coatesville, died February 5 at the Coatesville VA. Son of the late Lymas and Hazel Brown Winfield, he attended the James Adams school and was a graduate of West Philadelphia High.

A US Army Veteran, he had worked for Lukens Steel and Houston Wire Cable Company.

Lymas is survived by daughter, Lymette Taylor of Coatesville; sisters, Barbara Kennedy, Marlene Winfield both of Phila., Jean Eggleston of Parkesburg; and one grandchild.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at Wright Funeral Services, 725 Merchant St., Coatesville with viewing will begin at 9 a.m.

Burial with military honors will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
