Ms. Lillian McCray, of West Chester, PA, passed away early Sunday morning, July 23, 2023, at the West Chester Nursing Home, formerly Brandywine Hall, in West Chester. She was 78 years old.

Born and raised in West Chester she was the daughter of the late Gladys Wilmore.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by siblings, Robert Childs, Richard Childs, Gale Childs, and Francis Childs.

Ms. Lillian is survived by children; Shirley Coleman, Fernanda Turner, David McCray, and Keith McCray; one granddaughter, Gianna Lupo McCray; siblings: Gwendlyn Childs, George Childs, Marella Wilson, SaKeenah Abdullah, Phillip Childs, Davis Childs, Tonia Childs and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family is having a memorial service at 11 AM on Friday, August 4, 2023, at St. Luke UAME Church, 117 S Frankin Street, West Chester.
