Leigh Wilson Miles, 74, of Coatesville, PA, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2023.

Born in Manhattan, NY on June 4, 1949, Leigh was the daughter of the late Leonard and Myrna Wilson. She was the widow of Jesse Miles.

After finishing High School, Leigh earned her associate degree in nursing at Bronx Community College. She later became a Cardiac OR Nurse at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, assisting with surgeries on high-profile patients. After over four decades working in the OR in New York City she retired and moved to PA to spend more time with her son and grandsons. Leigh worked part-time to stay active. She also enjoyed gardening, listening to jazz music, and cooking. She would regularly go to farmers' markets and pick up various treats to bring back to her grandkids.

She was predeceased by her brother, Lenny Wilson.

Leigh leaves cherished memories to her son Christopher Miles; grandchildren, Cameron and Colson Miles; sister Yvette Hunter; brother-in-law Bernie Hunter; sister-in-law Kim Rodriguez; niece Courtney Hunter; daughter-in-law Heather Daly, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
