Laurna Mary Deligny, 78, of Downingtown, PA, formerly of Saint Lucia, departed this life on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at St. Martha's Center in Downingtown.

Laurna was born in Soufriere, Saint Lucia in June of 1942, to the late Valence Deligny and Martha JnBaptiste.

The Deligny family regrets to announce the death of Laurna Deligny, who passed away in the US on Tuesday April 27, 2021.  She was 78 years old.

Left to mourn her passing are her children: Ricky Deligny and wife Carmen, Stephen-Deligny, Sean Deligny and wife Curlan Deligny, Nerdin St. Rose and Ronald Coleman, Mandy Stephen, and Manasseh Stephen; adopted children: Charlene Dorsey, and the Collins Boys; her grandchildren: Andi JaJa, Shania Deligny, Destiny Deligny, Sofie-Bell Deligny, Noah Stephen, Nikalai Stephen, and Daniel Marcellin.

Her sisters and brothers: Paula Buchs (pronounced Books), Marcellina Yorke, Jean Clarke, Sybil Deligny, Alma Deligny, Loretta Gallagher, Marcella Emil, Madeleine Charlery, Oliver Deligny, Eardley Edwards, Rapheal Germaine, and their families.

Dearest friends: Mona Odlum, Maureen Williams, Beryl George, and Laura Stanislus, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family at home and abroad; and devoted friends too numerous to mention.

Services and interment will be held in her home town in Saint Lucia.
