IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Joseph S.
Fletcher, Jr
August 25, 1965 – February 19, 2025
Joseph Scott Fletcher Jr., passed away at age 59, on February 19th, 2025. He was surrounded by his family as he continued to fight his battle against brain cancer.
Joseph was born August 25th, 1965, in Prospect Park, Delaware County to Maureen Ann Curley and the late Joseph Scott Fletcher Sr.
Joe took pride in his work as the owner of Alternative Bathroom Solutions. He enjoyed working with his customers and was a true professional they could rely on. He always dedicated one hundred percent of his hard work to every task and every client.
Throughout Joe's life, he had many passions: from working on cars, and muscle cars to a music lover he was. Blasting songs ranging from Foo Fighters, Elvis Presley, The Beatles, and The Beach Boys. Joe was a massive Philadelphia sports team fan, especially to the Philadelphia Flyers. You could find Joe tuning into every game cheering for his home team's wins whenever they played. Joe loved anything history (Specifically WWII) and anything science fiction from movies, TV shows, books, and so much more.
Joe is and was the most compassionate and loving person for those around him and those who knew him. He always helped others by lending a hand, advice, giving back to the community, or a simple hug when those needed it. He always had a heart of gold that unconditionally loved all of those he held dear to him. Joe was a fighter and always pushed past challenges and difficulties whenever they arose, even during his fight against brain cancer, until the very end Joe continued to have a positive outlook on the situations around him, and for that and so much more; we all love Joe dearly.
In addition to his father, Joe was predeceased by his stepfather, Harry Thomas Milman, and brother in-law, Ed Kasian.
Joseph is survived by his wife Carmen Diaz; his sons, Alexander I. Guaba, and Jason Scott Fletcher; his daughter Ashley Maureen Fletcher; his bonus children, Melody, and Christian Guaba; his son in-law Logan Kyhn; daughter in-law Nicole, his grandchildren Jude and Maja Fletcher; mother Maureen Fletcher-Milman, his brothers and their wives, Dave and Dawn Fletcher, Brian and Sheri Fletcher, Steven and Gretchen Fletcher, and his sister Danielle Kasian. Nieces and nephews as well as grand nieces and nephews, and of course his furry baby Nala.
A memorial service to remember and honor Joe's life will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, August 25, 2025, at Evans Park Gazebo, 729 Saint Matthews Road, Chester Springs, PA 19425.
