John W. Corporal, Sr, aka "Corp", of West Chester, PA, peacefully passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2021, surrounded by his loved ones, after a lengthy battle with multiple health issues.  He was 77 years old.

He was loved by his children, family, and friends.  He was one to light up a room and always made you laugh.

John was predeceased by his parents, Carroll C. Corporal, Sr, and Alice L. (Boyce) Corporal; siblings, Carroll C. Corporal, Jr, Norma J. Tate, Shirley E. Bell, and Emma A. Steele, and his daughter, Nicole D. Riggins.

John is survived by his children; Richard Turner, John W. Corporal, Jr, (Kelle), Carroll Corporal, Timaro Thomas, and Kisha (Riggins) Blackstock (Eric).  He also leaves behind grandchildren whom he loved dearly, Carroll, Jr, & Justin Corporal (Carroll, Sr), Jordan, Jalen, Justin & Jason Corporal (John, Jr), Nassir Nixon-Thomas, Jahmir & Jahsirrah Thomas (Timaro), Kayla & Elaina Blackstock (Kisha), as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

No funeral service will be held at this time.
