James Donald "Jimmy" Dennis 77, of Paoli, PA; passed away Saturday, June 12, 2010 at home.

He was the son of the late Winslow E. Dennis and Martha E. Valentine Dennis-Tiller.  Jimmy was the husband of Pauline Perry Dennis.  Together they shared more than 59 years of marriage.

He was employed by Ethan Allen Furniture Co. and West Chester Electric Co. until he retired.

Jimmy loved sports, family gatherings and was one of the organizers of the Valentine Family Reunion Association.

He is survived by his devoted wife Pauline, eight children, Frances Afanador of Norristown, Violet A. Dennis-Baynard (Bryan) of Berwyn, James I. Dennis, Larry W. Dennis, Kevin C. Dennis, Dana W. Dennis and Cynthia F. Dennis-Alston all of Paoli, Dinah M. Peeler of Clifton Heights; two brothers, Isaac T. Dennis of Coatesville and William E. Tiller of California; two sisters, Roslyn Dennis of Virginia and Josephine T. Perry of West Chester; 19 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
