Hagar Sariya Abdul Rahim Nero, of Coatesville, PA, passed away Friday morning, May 20, 2022, surrounded by her family, at her home in West Caln township. She was 78 years old.

Hagar was born in 1943 in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Cynthia (Gainer) Elliott and Elmer Elliott. She was the beloved wife of Robert Lut Nero.

The ghusl (Muslim washing and shrouding of the body) was held at 11:30 AM, on Friday, at Wright Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc, 725 Merchant St., Coatesville. The salat al-Janazah prayer was observed at 1:30 PM, at Masjid ar-Rahman, 723 Merchant St., Coatesville.

The burial was held at 2:30 PM in Fairview Cemetery in Coatesville.
