On Thursday, October 28, 2021, Garrett Trent (Gary) Davis, 62, of Downingtown, PA, quietly passed away at home.

Born in Downingtown, in 1959, he was the son of the late Martha (Boggs) Colbert and Lester Davis.

Gary was a 1977 graduate of Downingtown High School. After graduating from high school he enlisted in the U.S. Army.

He was employed at Saint Martha's Nursing Home in Downingtown as a food preparer.

Gary was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. He enjoyed watching the 76ers play basketball and he loved watching the old school sitcoms on television, as well as listening to R&B music from the 70s. But his favorite musical artist was Taylor Swift and her song "Shake It Off".

Gary was known to hang out at the Crossroads in Downingtown.  Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by; two brothers, Guy "Cressy" Boggs, and Glenn "Glenny" Davis.

Gary leaves many memories to his; three sisters, Shari Davis of Downingtown, Cassandra Forman of West Chester, and Chervoone Rozecki (husband Wayne) of Downingtown; four brothers, Brian Davis of Philadelphia, Victor Davis of Downingtown, Darnell Colbert of Philadelphia, and Torrey Colbert of Downingtown; a nephew that was very close to his heart, Caden Rozecki of Downingtown; one aunt, Rheba Ward of Coatesville, Charles Colbert of Downingtown who helped raise Gary as well as many other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
