Garland Kirk Hopkins, 66, of Downingtown, PA, passed away,  February 25, 2020, at the Coatesville VA Hospital in Caln.

Born in York, PA he was the son of the late Ruth Williams Hopkins and Clinton Hopkins.

He served in the United States Navy until he was honorably discharged.

Garland is survived by two step daughters, Chesare Walls, of Coatesville, PA, and Brenda Reeves (Walls), of Gordonville, PA; three grandchildren, Jalen Reeves, Aniya Walls, and Iyona Walls; one sister, Peggy White, two brothers, Anthony Hopkins and Andre Hopkins, all of York, PA, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his mother and father, he is preceded in death by two siblings, Brenda Hopkins, and Clinton Hopkins.

Services will be held privately.
