Fyrne P. Zohni, 71, of Coatesville, PA, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at Aventura at Pembrooke, West Chester.

She was a lifelong resident of Coatesville. Fyrne was the daughter of the late Carl S. Williams, Sr., and Annabelle Bradley Williams. She was the wife of the late Saleh Zohni.

Fyrne was a 1968 graduate of Coatesville Area Senior High School.  She worked as a secretary at West Chester State Teachers College for many years until she retired.

Fyrne raised a lot of her nieces and nephews as her own children. She enjoyed playing board games, especially scrabble on her high-end scrabble board with table.

She was a faithful member of the Church of Deliverance in Downingtown for many years. Over the years, she worked tirelessly in the kitchen, serving and making delicious pound cakes. She sang on the choir and was an active member of the praise team.  She sang solos whenever she was called upon. "Great is thy Faithfulness" was one of her favorite songs to sing.

She was generous and caring. Whenever there was a need she was there to help.

Fyrne enjoyed cooking, making cookies, and taking family photos. She enjoyed riding horses, and feeding the birds. She always made sure her family was together for Sunday meals, birthdays, and holidays. She was the glue that held the family together.

She is survived by two brothers, Carl S. Williams, Jr., Louis Douglas "Dougie" Williams both of Coatesville; one sister, Joy Morris (Leonard) of Coatesville; close cousins, Sandy Dutton, Joan Pugh, and Gerri Petterson; special friends, Arlene Stevens, church family friends, Josephine, Valerie and Priscilla and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In addition to her parents, and her husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Curtis C. Williams.

Homegoing Services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, October 21, 2022, at Church of Deliverance with Bishop Verrona Burns Brown officiating, The church is located at 199 Bradford Avenue, Downingtown, Pennsylvania. A viewing will be held beginning at 9 AM.
