Frances Carol Anderson Marrow was born February 16, 1946, in West Chester, PA.  She was the oldest of five children born to the late Percy and Bertha Anderson. She was affectionately known as "Bumpinita" by her family and friends.

Frances was the beloved wife of Herman L. Marrow, Jr. with whom she shared 28 years of marriage until his passing in 2017.

Frances worked at Handi-Crafters for many years. She loved shopping, going to the casino, and listening to the sounds of Marvin Gaye.  She enjoyed watching TV. Some of her favorite shows were: Family Feud, Jerry Springer, and Murder She Wrote just to name of few.  Most of all, she loved to cook. She could slay in the kitchen; especially black eye peas, cornbread, cabbage, brisket, turkey ham, and collard greens.  The holiday cakes and pies were something to look forward to.

Frances passed away peacefully on May 3, 2022, at the Chester County Hospital, surrounded by her family.  In addition to her parents and her husband, Frances was preceded in death by two brothers, Percy Anderson and Paul Anderson.

She leaves cherished memories to her children, Wayne Tyrone Anderson (Angel), Charles D. Anderson (Celinet), Desmond Jermaine Anderson (Nicole) all of Coatesville, Pa.; sisters, Barbara Anderson Fletcher, Linda Anderson; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; special friends, Lilliam Lamb, Martha "Mott" Shelton and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many beloved friends.

A Life Celebration Service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Bell's Chapel True Holiness Church, 124 Modena Road, Coatesville, PA 19320. A viewing will be held from 9:00 AM until 10:45 AM.
