Floyd G. Palmer, 56, of West Grove, formerly of Oxford, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Jennersville Hospital in West Grove.

Born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Robert F. Palmer, Sr., and Laura E. (Davis) Palmer.

He was a graduate of Oxford High School.

Floyd loved listening to "old school music", and enjoyed family cookouts and flower gardening, and was a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan.

Some of his favorite expressions were, "who does that" and "don't chu know no good".

He leaves lasting memories to four brothers; Terry Palmer of Shillington, PA, Robert Palmer, Jr., (Jessie) of Lincoln University, PA, Tracey Palmer (Melanie) of Lancaster, PA, and Douglas Palmer of Oxford, PA; four sisters, Barbara Johnson (William) of Christiana, PA, Grace Rivera (Leonardo) of Lewisville, PA, Marcia Caldwell and Jean Hall (Frank) both of Oxford.

The Palmer family is planning a Memorial Service for Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Shiloh Presbyterian Church, 42 South 5th St., Oxford, PA.
