Remembering, Honoring and Celebrating

the Life of

Rev. Fannie Nixon Perry

1917 - 2014

Fannie Victoria Nixon Perry was born in Salisbury Township, Lancaster County, She was the daughter of the late Raygiel Nixon and Josephine Thompson Nixon.  She was the wife of the late Deacon Joseph Perry, Sr.

Rev. Perry was a member of First Apostle Fire Baptized Holiness Church.  Over the years she served as Pastor of Antioch F.B.H. Church in Oxford, and Faith Temple F.B.H. Church of Downingtown.

She enjoyed cooking, making hats, and singing the songs of the church. Some of her favorite songs were, "Jesus I'll Never Forget", "Be What You Are and Live Your Life", "Ol' Peter Don't Be Afraid" and "I Love Him".  Rev. Fannie Perry was a passionate evangelist and preacher.  Some of her favorite scripture subjects were "The Prodigal Son" and "Jonah and the Whale".  She was a bold soldier for the Lord and not ashamed of the gospel.

Rev. Fannie Perry went home to be with the Lord December 17, 2014.  In addition to her husband Deacon Joseph Perry, she was preceded in death by four children, Barbara Ann Hosea, Gloria Perry and Charmaine Perry Gray,  and Joseph Perry Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memories four daughters, Pauline C. Miller of Los Angeles, California,  Joanne P. Small, Miranda Perry and Lisa G. Perry all of Coatesville; 21 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; 17 great great grandchildren; 4 god-children and a host of other relatives and friends.
