Obituary

Eunasy Tee McCain, Sr., 84, of Modena, passed away May 4, 2012 at Brandywine Hall in West Chester.

Born in Downingtown, he was the son of the late Conway and Sally Williams McCain.

He served in the US Navy during World War II until he was honorably discharged in 1946.

He had been employed at Lukens Steel in Coatesville for over 26 year until he retired.

Mr. T enjoyed playing drums in the band and listening to music. Music was his life.

He is survived by his companion of 50 years Peggy Butler, sons, Todd (Ronette) Butler of Coatesville,  Brett Butler of Coatesville, Eunasy McCain, Jr. of Coatesville, Rodger (Sandy) McCain of Colorado, Eric (Adgrian) McCain of Coatesville, Thomas McCain of Coatesivlle; daughters, Stacy Porterman of Coatesville, Beverly Walker of Missouri, Rosanne Young of Coatesille, Ruby (Eugene) Faust of Coatesville, and Evelyn McCain of Cotesville; sister, Ruby Davis of Philadelphia; 30 grandchildren, many great grands, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by three daughters Kelly Butler Nieves, Betty Walls, Esther McCain; and siblings, Esther Hudson, Edward McCain, Hannah Lomax, Albert McCain, Mildred McCain, Conway McCain, Marion McCain and Uzziah McCain

Services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, May 11, at Wright Funeral Services,  725 Merchant St.,  Coatesville with a viewing beginning at  9 a.m.

Interment will be in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
