Elaine Keesey, 69 of Coatesville passed away Sunday morning, January 26, 2025, at her residence. She was born on May 21, 1955, in Sonora, Texas, the daughter of the late Sid and Charlotte Lakey.

Elaine was a homemaker that opened her heart and home to many people over the years. She had the opportunity to foster countless children, loving and caring for each of them as her own. Her 'kids" are what gave her joy and a passion in life.

Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, William Keesey; three daughters, Erika Keesey, Sue Garver & Tatyana Keesey; and siblings, Larry, Brenda and Brian Lakey.

Elaine is survived by sons, Dennis King, Jr. (Eileen) and Gregory King (Staci); daughter, Angel Keesey; sisters, Susan Lakey-Leusky of Coatesville and Anne MacDonald of Austin, Texas. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Morgan and Owen King, Faizan and Khazir Lloyd, and Tyriq Keesey and many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

‍The family will have a Visitation on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM, with a Celebration of Life beginning at 1:00 PM, at Westwood Fire Company, 1403 Valley Road, Coatesville, PA 19320.
