Dominique Nathan Joseph Williams, 22, of Coatesville, died suddenly Friday, June 29, 2012 at Paoli Memorial Hospital.

He was the son of Nicole L. Williams and the grandson of Rev. Dr. Marvin T. and Ruth Williams who raised him.

Dominique attended the Coatesville area public schools, graduating from CASH in 2009 then attended Cheney University.

He had been employed as a maintenance worker at Johnson Mathey in Devon. He had also worked at the Shoprite in West Chester.

He was a member of the Second Baptist Church of Kennett Square.

He was a gifted runner who won many awards in track and field. He enjoyed playing basketball and listening to music.

In addition to his mother and grandparents, he is survived by one son Jaydan Xavier Powell-Williams of Coatesville; one sister Whitney Williams of, Colorado Springs, CO; great grandmother Margaret Jackson of Parkesburg; one uncle Marvin T. Williams, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV and host of cousins, great aunts and friends.

He was preceded in death by his great uncle, Nathan Collier and his cousin Jimmy Hackett.

Services will be held  11am, Saturday, July 7, at the Tabernacle Baptist Church, N 8th  Ave and Coates St, Coatesville, with a viewing beginning at 9:00 am

Burial will be in the Zion Hill Cemetery, Atglen.
