Anna Marie McDougal, 67, of Coatesville, PA, was called home to be with the Lord, on Sunday, February 12, 2023, at home.

Born in Montclaire, PA, she was the daughter of Frances Tribble and the late Henry "Pete" Tribble, Sr.

She was the wife of Terry McDougal with whom she shared 38 years of marriage.

Anna received her GED in 1987 after which she enrolled in Nursing School. She was employed in Private Duty nursing care for several years. She also worked at the Coatesville Vocational Technical School and the Chester County Intermediate Unit.

She was a faithful member of the Ebenezer Full Gospel Baptist Church in Downingtown where she served as a Deacon, and a member of the intercessory prayer ministry.

Deacon Anna enjoyed baking cakes. She was proud of her children and grandchildren and their accomplishments. She was a woman of strong spiritual character. She was quick to encourage those she came in contact with and did not hesitate to share a prayer. She was joyful, full of laughter and had a smile that would warm the heart. Most of all she enjoyed praising the Lord.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Terry McDougal; daughters, Angela Marie Tribble, Alisha Marie McDougal; granddaughters, Asia Marie Tribble, Alayzha Marie McDougal; great-grandson, Amari Tribble; mother, Frances Tribble; siblings: Lewis Stanley Cole, Henrietta Tribble, Henry Tribble, Jr., Betty Jane Tribble, James Oliver Tribble; brother-in-law Willie Trueheart and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two siblings: Nicolas Dupree Cole and Francine Elizabeth Trueheart.

Life Celebration Services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Ebenezer Full Gospel Baptist Church, 199 Wallace Avenue, Downingtown, PA with a viewing beginning at 9 AM.

Interment will be held at Philadelphia Memorial Park, PA.

Anna's final wishes were that those attending her celebration of life would wear bright colors, not black. Flowers may be sent to the church on the day of the service.
