David "Mack" Smith, 65, of, Coatesville, PA, passed away Monday, January 22, 2018, at Brandywine Hospital, Coatesville, Chester County, PA. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late Myrtle Gertrude Mack and Silas Mack, Sr. He enjoyed listening to Bob Marley, riding motorcycles and talking about the Bible.  David had the best smile and was full of charisma.  He loved the outdoors and enjoyed his family, especially hanging out with his grandchildren. He is survived by son Matthew Arkel Mack of Coatesville, Jason Teron Mack of West Grove, Solomon David Mack of Philadelphia; daughter, Daveenia Smith of Coatesville; brothers, Silas Maurice Mack of West Chester, Richard Mack of West Chester, James Harris of Downingtown, Sammy Ralph of Oxford;  sisters, Margaret M. Lawrence of Coatesville, Abby E. Merritt of Chester, Shirley Simpson of Coatesville, Ella Johnson of Philadelphia, Ellen Harris of Coatesville, Maryanne Harris of Coatesville, Willie Mae Barton of Coatesville; aunt, Estelle London of Coatesville. He also leaves a companion Linda Comfort of Coatesville; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, David Paskins; daughter, Victoria Johnson; granddaughter, Precious Mack; brothers, Carl Mack, Stanley Harris; and sister, Connie Mack.

Memorial Services will be held 11 AM Saturday, February 10, 2018 at New Generation Outreach Ministries, 101 N. Fifth Avenue, Coatesville, PA.

Interment will be held privately.

Family requests donations be made to the funeral home to help cover funeral expenses.
